How many cardio exercises can you list?
biking, running, swimming, cross-country skiing, playing basketball, jumping rope, roller skating, walking briskly and dancingBiking, Walking, Running, jumping rope, jogging in place, jumping jacks, eliptical trainer, rowing machine?etc etc.
Cardio exercises are anything that gets your heart rate up. Any of those i just listed will do will do. Its very good to mix things up and not do the same exercise all the time. Your body gets use to the activity and you tend to plateau.Walking at a fast pace
Jogging
Running
Bicycling
Cross Country Skiing
Step Machine
Nordic Track
Step Aerobics
Floor Aerobics
Jumping Jacks
Jumping Rope
Jogging in place
Rowing Machine
Swimming
Dancing
I do a step class twice a week, walk my dog almost every day and try to add some of these others when I can. Try to keep your workouts fun so you don?t get bored. My favorite is DANCING!
I need to start my workout with cardio exercises.I think that?s aerobic.But I would like some diversity.So how many exercises of this type do you know? Thank you.
